Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Fullerton, CA. This role involves operating a sit-down forklift, moving and organizing materials, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure inventory moves accurately and on time.

Compensation is $28.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. This position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Sit-down forklift experience required.
• Experience organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory.
• Ability to safely move and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate organization of warehouse inventory.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
