Job summary

MSI in Orange, CA is seeking an entry-level UPS/MISC Clerk to handle shipping/receiving, verify orders, and prepare items for shipment under general supervision. Working Sunday to Thursday 5:30 PM–2:30 AM, with occasional early Friday shifts; hourly pay $19.75 with overtime 1.5x; new hires typically earn $65,300–$81,200 annually depending on experience and bonuses.

Responsibilities include picking orders, operating forklifts and cranes, maintaining a clean workspace, keeping equipment

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of Warehouse experience.
• One year of experience operating a Forklift.
• Able to use a computer or tablet is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Provide high level of customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and assemble merchandise for shipping.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment.
• Keep an equipment checklist and perform preventive maintenance.
• Perform additional duties as required.
