APL Logistics is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Administrator in Rialto, CA. The role verifies received materials against orders, routes items, and maintains shipping records.

You will support the preparation and shipment of merchandise and handle damaged items with carriers as needed. Responsibilities include coordinating with drivers, scheduling receiving times, checking orders for accuracy, and maintaining movement logs.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with shipping/receiving operations and procedures required.
• Able to read and interpret basic instructions and safety rules.
• Basic math and data entry skills; 10-key data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with carriers, warehouse personnel and customers about shipments.
• Assists in scheduling receiving times, assigns doors and numbers, and prepares blind tally.
• Checks inbound/outbound orders for accuracy and proper signatures; notes damages.
• Maintains log of product movement for inbound/outbound and yard management.
• Ensures documentation is complete; signs freight bills and notes driver details.
