Job summary

Ideal Tridon, Garden Grove, CA, is seeking a Receiving Clerk for 1st and 2nd shift. You will prepare shipping documents, process orders, and coordinate bills of lading. This role operates in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting and may require overtime.

You must be able to read schedules, use ERP systems, and safely operate a forklift. DOT/HAZMAT compliance and accuracy in documentation are essential for successful performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hi-Lo Certification preferred, will be trained and certified on the hi-lo.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Record and track all shipping transactions utilizing a scan gun.
• Able to safely operate a forklift and heavy equipment in tight places.
• Follow bill of lading, packing slips and invoices.
• Utilize a computer to properly set up, track and prepare shipments.
• Work with team lead and supervisor on workload planning.
• Follow safety protocol.
• Read and comprehend schedule and BOM.
• Inspect manufactured goods for defects and specifications.
• Housekeeping between quality checks; production reporting.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
