Job summary

Melaleuca is seeking Shipping/Distribution Team Members in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The role involves picking and packing products for distribution and ensuring a quality experience for customers. Compensation starts at $14.40 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential, plus 401(k) with match and longevity bonuses.

Shifts are 2:45 PM–1:15 AM, 7–10 days per month, with opportunities for pay increases. Benefits include a fitness center and a monthly $100 Melaleuca product allowance.

Qualifications

• Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Able to read, write, and follow established procedures.
• Able to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Able to stand or walk for the duration of shift.
• Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs regularly.
• Able to pull, stretch, bend and lift regularly and safely.
• Able to climb stairs.
