Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company in Idaho Falls, ID is hiring Shipping/Distribution Team Members to support a fast-paced operation. The role includes picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on accuracy and quality in a climate-controlled environment.

Starting pay is $15.40 per hour (including shift differential) with a longevity bonus at 5/10/15 years and profit sharing after 6 months of full-time employment. Additional perks include monthly product vouchers and company events.

Qualifications

• Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Able to read, write, and follow established procedures.
• Able to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Able to stand or walk for duration of shift and maintain safety and quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy.

• Perform shipping and distribution tasks in a fast-paced environment.
