Job summary

Melaleuca is hiring Shipping/Distribution Team Members in Idaho Falls, Idaho. You will perform picking, packing, and shipping to ensure a quality customer experience in a climate-controlled environment.

Starting pay is $15.40 per hour (including shift differential) with a longevity bonus, profit sharing after 6 months of full-time employment, a monthly product voucher, and company events. Growth opportunities are available within a team-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Dependable with exceptional attendance.
• Able to read, write, and follow established procedures.
• Able to perform basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality.
