Job summary

Fresh Express Salads is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate shipping/receiving activities and enter shipment information into PRMS accurately. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills; communicate with all levels.
• Willingness to work holidays, days, nights and weekends as needed.
• Able to work in a cold (34°F) and wet environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (desired).

Responsibilities

• Dispatch all outbound loads, confirm destination, and seal trailers.
• Accurate data entry and file maintenance in PRMS.
• Maintain paperwork, files, and documents per policy.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities and dock usage.
• Shuttle BOLs, emails, and documents; ensure SOX compliance.
• Oversee VOICE queue and assign workloads; troubleshoot system issues.
