Wilson Sporting Goods Co. in Nashville is seeking a Shipping Clerk to prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming shipments, organize inventory for easy retrieval, and review schedules to keep operations productive.

The role includes documenting damages and maintaining shipping records. The shift runs 3:00PM–11:30PM Monday through Friday with starting pay at $19.16 per hour plus a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and process product orders, receive deliveries, register and distribute items.
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics for storage space and staff.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records and reports for managers.
• Resolve shipping or inventory issues and document damages.
• Ensure compliance with environmental management systems.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints.
