Job summary

New Balance is hiring for a Nashville Distribution Center role. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, process returns, and coordinate shipments to distributors.

The job requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing 8+ hours, and using RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a 15% shift differential for night shifts, plus a robust benefits package, tuition reimbursement, and generous employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Stand/walk 8+ hours in a distribution center environment.
• Accurate reading and counting with basic English literacy.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders; process returns and exchanges.
• Organize shipments to 3rd party distributors and log inventory.
• Inspect shipments for damages and report discrepancies.
• Replenish warehouse shelves and manage inventory counts.
• Identify returned defective units with correct reason codes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
