Job summary

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. seeks a full-time Lift Operator at our Mt. Juliet, Tennessee warehouse, offering $21.00 per hour with a 10% shift differential. The shift runs 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in an LTL/TL shipping environment.
• Understanding of reach truck operator roles in a warehouse distribution setting.
• Familiarity with SAP Warehouse Management system.
• Strong communication skills (speaking, writing, active listening).
• Good organization and time management; prioritization and planning.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Personable, positive attitude with coworkers and vendors.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Meticulous attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to pass PIT training and operate PIT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine needs in the shipping area.
• Identify and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area.
• Retrieve and transport products to destinations.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment per OSHA standards.
• Use SAP scanners, tablets, and devices as assigned.
• Meet production efficiency levels.
• Maintain accuracy and quality of work.
• Work independently or in a team; overtime as needed.
• Adhere to attendance policy and scheduled shifts.
• Transport merchandise to trailers, pallet locations and racks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily task issues.
• Assist with container unloaders as needed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.
