Job summary

Wilson Sporting Goods in Nashville, TN is hiring a Lift Truck Operator to operate RF-equipped stand-up forklifts in our distribution center. The role starts at $21 per hour with a 10% shift differential and runs 3PM–11:30PM, Monday through Friday. You will pick and fill orders, move stock, and ensure a safe, organized receiving and shipping area.

We value reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of stand-up forklift experience, can pass OSHA written

Qualifications

• 1 year of stand-up forklift experience.
• Ability to pass OSHA written test.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Ability to count accurately and maintain accuracy.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Pick and fill orders from stock.
• Organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse.
• Handle routine needs in the receiving area.
• Identify and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Perform maintenance in the receiving area to keep the distribution center neat and organized.
• Retrieve and transport product to assigned destinations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment per company and OSHA standards.
• Meet production efficiency targets.
• Maintain accuracy and quality of work.
• Work independently or in a team; willing to help other departments; overtime when needed.
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and racks.
• Other duties as assigned.
