Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a motivated maintenance assistant to support mechanical systems in our facilities. You will assist with troubleshooting and repairing equipment, learn preventive maintenance, and help install new machinery.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Candidates should show hands-on skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities; starting pay is $23.45 per hour DOE with strong benefits.

What You'll Be Doing
