Job summary

Terzo Enterprises oversees a busy refurbishing facility in North Carolina. The Shift Supervisor ensures safety, quality, and productivity, directly supervising plant personnel and coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventories to meet daily goals.

This role requires 2–4 years in manufacturing or logistics with 2–4 years of leadership experience, plus strong planning and communication skills. Working hours are 4:00 pm–12:30 am, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily supervision of plant personnel to achieve objectives and ensure safe, clean, and efficient operation.
• Interview, select, and train employees.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving schedules and daily work assignments.
• Supervise inbound/outbound shipments and ensure proper counts and codes.
• Maintain production records and conduct quality audits.
• Develop daily plans for equipment allocation and use.
