Job summary

Terzo Enterprises is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee intake, inspection, and outbound operations for pallet refurbishing. You will supervise plant personnel, ensure safety, and meet production quotas in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• 1-2 years of management experience with emphasis on leadership, supervision, communication, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily supervision of plant personnel to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operation of the repair facility.
• Interview, select and train employees.
• Train and motivate personnel for increased effectiveness in performing duties.
• Manage shipping and receiving schedules to ensure efficient operation.
• Develop and implement daily plans for allocating equipment to jobs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure sound forklift and sortation equipment maintenance.
