Job summary

Qualifications

• Active STNA license required.
• Completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Ability to work well with others and follow direction.
• Caring heart and a commitment to excellent resident care.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on daily care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support residents with dignity, respect, and a focus on quality of life.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow STNAs.
• Promote a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents and families.
