Qualifications

• Minimum - Associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology or equivalent with 60 semester hours.
• Preferred - Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science.
• Certification in relevant MLS/chemistry/hematology/microbiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing in the clinical laboratories at any complexity.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve instrument and process issues.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making and teaching abilities as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinic staff and colleagues.
