Job summary

Foremost at Sharon is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor for the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift in Sharon, MA. This 32-hour-per-week role includes every-other-weekend work and offers strong clinical leadership to the nursing team.

You will provide evening supervision, support nursing staff, and ensure safe, effective resident care while acting as a clinical resource for assessments, policy adherence, and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the evening shift.
