ExcelCare Norwood is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a 3pm-11pm shift to oversee clinical operations and staff performance in a skilled nursing setting.

You will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate admissions/discharges, and collaborate with physicians and families to deliver high-quality patient care. Prior supervisory experience and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 1+ years RN experience in skilled nursing/long-term care
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shift
• Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
• Oversee clinical documentation and care plans
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
