Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an Evening Shift RN Supervisor to lead an evening nursing team in a subacute setting. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff mentorship.

The ideal candidate holds an NY RN license with prior long-term care or rehab experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers full- and part-time opportunities with a strong focus on patient-centered outcomes.

Full time and Part Time | $38-$45/hour

Eligible for up to $40,000 in student loan repayment and/or a $10,000 stipend through the CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes program

Job Summary:

Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Evening Shift RN Supervisor to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants on the evening shift

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and clinical standards

• Mentor and educate staff members to promote professional growth and development

Ideal Candidate:

• Current RN licensure in the state of New York
