Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise medications and oversee care planning in our community. The role emphasizes patient safety, timely communications with physicians and families, and adherence to Federal & State regulations.

Evening shift 2:30pm-11pm with every other weekend required, offering hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits. Qualified candidates hold an RN license in good standing, an associate degree or equivalent, CPR certification,

Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Nurse license in the practicing state and CPR certified.
• Associate degree or equivalent with nursing emphasis.
• English language fluency to communicate with staff, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise/ administer medications in line with regulations and guidelines.
• May assist with admissions assessments and documentation.
• Develop acute and long-term care/service plans.
• Monitor clinical issues (wounds, infections) under supervision.
• Notify physicians/families of health changes with documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate care with team.
