Job summary

Qualifications

• Required: Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is required for every RN; ACLS certification may be required if current.
• Preferred: BSN highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process to deliver and manage patient care from admission to discharge.
• Perform patient assessment and reassessment according to standard procedures.
• Develop and coordinate care plans including discharge planning; supervise nursing care.
• Delegate tasks as appropriate to team members per scope and competency.
