Qualifications

• Current licensure as an RN in Texas.
• BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including assessing patient needs and administering medications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
