Qualifications

• Texas Certified Nurse Aide required.
• Ability to perform nursing care and assist residents.
• Capable of making rounds at shift start and every two hours to administer quality nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as assigned per facility policies and procedures.
• Make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter to administer quality nursing care.
• Verify resident identification before providing care or serving meals to ensure correct care.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned and refilled for resident accessibility.
• Other related duties as directed by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
