• Displays courtesy and respect toward residents, families and staff.
• Monitors CNA staff performance.
• Uses strong interpersonal skills in interactions with others.

Valley View Village, a Cassia community, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team! Our community qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) in Iowa after 120 qualifying payments. We’re also introducing new staffing patterns and shifts —designed to enhance flexibility and work-life balance for our team. We are offering a $5,000 bonus for the evening shift.

Wage Range

$37.50+ / hour depending on experience

Registered Nurse responsibilities

• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow-up action as necessary
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Monitor residents and report any change in their condition
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Monitor performance of CNA staff
• Use strong interpersonal skills when interacting with others.

Registered Nurse Qualifications
