Care Initiatives is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time evening shifts (2pm–10pm) at a facility in Iowa. We offer a competitive hourly wage plus shift differential and supportive team collaboration with CNA/LPN and providers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure quality care and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
