Job summary

The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver premium direct care and support to our members in a skilled nursing setting. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure outstanding patient care and daily living assistance.

The position offers a 3 pm – 11 pm shift with a $3.00 evening differential in addition to the base pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a basic nursing program with active Florida LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year experience in skilled nursing, acute care, or assisted living.
• Ability to use electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Members under supervision.
• Coordinate with supervisors; serve as Charge Nurse when on duty.
• Administer medications following the five rights and nursing policies.
• Supervise CNAs and assign tasks per care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Attend mandatory meetings and continuing education.
