Player 15 Group is seeking an experienced Evening Shift Restaurant Equipment Technician 2 to support maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of restaurant equipment across multiple facilities. Qualifications

Experience with commercial restaurant equipment and related systems.
Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, and technical docs.
OSHA and safety standards awareness.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial restaurant equipment.
Install, maintain, and repair cooking, refrigeration, prep, dishwashing, and beverage equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, and control issues.
Support operation of refrigeration systems, walk-ins, and temperature-controlled equipment.
Respond to after-hours service requests and ensure readiness for events.
