Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care/rehabilitation setting.

• Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting state/federal regulations.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
