Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking an evening receptionist to greet guests, handle mail and packages, and assist with phone calls. The role runs 4p-8p with all days available and offers weekly pay at $16 per hour.

The receptionist will be the face of the facility, manage mail, and support front-desk operations while maintaining professional standards and courtesy at all times.

Qualifikationen

• Greeting guests and directing visitors to appropriate areas.
• Typing and secretarial functions.
• Managing incoming mail and packages.
• Assisting with phone calls and messages.

• Operate telephone using proper phone etiquette.
• Receive and direct all persons entering the facility to appropriate areas.
• Responsible for general typing and secretarial functions.
• Responsible for receiving and directing incoming mail and deliveries appropriately.
• Respect and take care of facility equipment and supplies.
• Contribute to and promote resident and family relations.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
