Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, general labor, or packaging goods.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations and staff to meet customer needs.
• Ensure SOPs are followed; supervise packaging and warehouse activities.
• Direct workforce in system operation and production tasks.
• Verify shipments and maintain inventory records.
