Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales, Transportation, and Operations to meet customer requirements and ensure accurate order processing and documentation. Responsibilities include managing shipments, resolving delivery issues, posting loads in RT Freight, and supporting loading teams while maintaining safety and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics or Transportation.
• Strong customer-centric orientation with prompt email/phone responses.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn company systems.
• Ability to work in a dynamic warehouse environment with interruptions.
• Strong numerical and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Sales, Transportation, and Operations to meet customer expectations.
• Processes shipping documents and Bills of Lading; coordinates shipments.
• Monitors delivery exceptions and resolves issues to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Uses Real Time Freight (RTF) to post loads and maintain visibility.
• Trains shipping personnel and provides backup for loading trucks.
• Supports inventory counts and safety procedures.
