• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, general labor, or packaging goods.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant operation and staffing to meet customer needs.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and products are produced, packaged and shipped.
• Oversee safety policies and PPE usage for all personnel.
• Supervise loading/unloading and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain daily inventory counts and production reports.
