Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, general labor, or packaging goods.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Physical capability to bend, squat, or stoop.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant meets customer needs and demands.
• Ensure staffing is adequate and aligned to tasks.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and products are produced, packaged, and shipped as needed.
• Enforce PPE and safety procedures for all personnel.
• Direct the workforce in the plant, packaging, and warehouse.
• Coordinate with other supervisors and management to ensure assignments are completed.
