Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Maintenance Lead to coordinate maintenance activities in our Gainesville, FL manufacturing facility to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. The role involves hands-on technical work, guiding team efforts, and ensuring maintenance tasks are completed safely and effectively.

You will organize preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, collaborate with production and engineering, manage records, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) or an Associate's Degree/technical training (Preferred).
• 1-3 years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 1-3 years working with conveyors, pumps, and PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute preventive maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and coordinate with team members to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and share best practices.
