Qualifications

1-3 years manufacturing processes experience.
1-3 years Operations Management or related field.
1-3 years Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
1-3 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
1-3 years experience in a leadership role within manufacturing.
1-3 years experience with quality control processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee production line operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Coordinate team efforts for efficient production.
Optimize workflow to enhance productivity.
Train new employees on production procedures.
Monitor production metrics and generate reports.
Log accurate transactions in Inventory Management System/Epicor.
Facilitate communication between production and management teams.
Maintain inventory of materials to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and cGMP standards.
