Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical certifications preferred.
1–3 years in facilities maintenance experience is required.
1–3 years operating HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems are required.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety protocols preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting).
Inspect and repair facility equipment such as boilers, compressors, and generators.
Conduct safety checks to ensure regulatory compliance and fire system readiness.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to complete specialized tasks.
Support upgrades and renovation projects as needed.
Track supplies and maintain maintenance records.
Adapt duties by location as required.
