Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking a Production Supervisor for an evening shift to lead hourly teams, manage inventory, and drive KPI performance. The role focuses on safety, quality, service, and cost controls while guiding team development and training.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership, and experience with Lean/CI methodologies. The position emphasizes ongoing coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year experience may substitute for 1 year of degree.
• Supervise hourly employees and meet daily production schedules with safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Organize personnel assignments and training for production schedules.
• Manage daily employee performance and attendance.
• Develop and orientate new team members.
• Drive organizational strategic initiatives and cost improvements.
• Lead a culture focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
