Job summary

Autokiniton in Bardstown, KY is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead hourly production colleagues in a fast-paced plant. You will model safety, quality and teamwork while driving output, efficiency and on-time delivery.

You will coach staff, conduct performance reviews and guide corrective actions as required to sustain an engaged, compliant workforce. Strong knowledge of stamping/assembly and lean tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of stamping and/or assembly processes.
• Strong English written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises hourly production staff to meet safety, quality, productivity and delivery goals.
• Provides leadership, mentoring and coaching to direct reports.
• Leads shift planning and manpower to meet production targets and budgets.
• Manages performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Drives continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
