Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is hiring a Warehouse Associate to perform a range of duties in our U.S. warehouse operations, supporting internal and external customers. Responsibilities include pulling, loading, unloading, sorting, stacking pallets, quality checks, and equipment operation.

Day-to-day tasks involve verifying goods from vendors, recording load details, and ensuring accuracy and safety across automation and manual processes within a non climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
• At least six months of forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Sorting and grouping skills.
• Must read and understand product labels and load ticket instructions.
• Able to count large quantities of products and materials.
• Must read/hear and understand procedures for performing work.
• Able to work in non climate-controlled warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Maintain records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per warehouse SOPs.
• Identify and report machine faults; troubleshoot system errors.
• Operate warehouse equipment to store, stage, retrieve, replenish, load or unload products.
• Perform safety and pre-trip checks on machinery and perform janitorial tasks as needed.
