Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely perform duties in PBV’s warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, pallet building, and inventory checks. You will verify product quality, manage records, and work with automation systems to ensure accurate loads.

The role requires attention to safety and GMP compliance, with potential forklift responsibilities. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, forklift experience, and strong math/communication skills;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV equipment.
• At least six months forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills are needed for system checks.
• Mechanical aptitude is important for equipment handling.
• Good math, reading, writing and communication skills.
• Reading labels and load tickets is required.
• Ability to count large quantities and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operates warehouse equipment to store, stage, retrieve, and load goods.
• Verify accuracy and quality of products received and shipped.
• Maintain records for each task (BOLs, receipts, pick tickets).
• Interact with automation and pick systems to verify pallets and loads.
• Inspect and troubleshoot basic automation system issues.
• Perform safety checks on machinery and keep the area clean.
• Adhere to GMP and food safety guidelines and assist in general tasks.
