Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a front-end loader operator to feed raw materials at the plant efficiently and safely. You will operate the loader, perform routine inspections, and maintain a clean, organized area around the pit and loading zones to support continuous material flow.

The role requires a strong safety mindset, the ability to work independently and under pressure, good communication, and flexibility to work night shifts.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
