Lehigh Hanson Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Plant Operator to safely operate and monitor plant equipment, supporting efficient production and adherence to safety standards.

You will perform routine inspections and basic maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate production records while following company policies. Pre-employment screening is required; background checks apply where required.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet all applicable job requirements.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Starting Pay $24.65 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
