Regal Rexnord is seeking a Painter for our Charlotte, NC area operations. The role involves painting and packaging speed reducers or gear boxes, ensuring clean housings, proper masking, and accurate labeling for shipment.

The position requires basic manufacturing experience, adherence to safety rules, and the ability to work overtime when needed. A high school diploma or GED is required and prior painting experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Paint units according to established methods and standards.
• Inspect housings for cleanliness before painting.
• Prepare units by masking shafts, bores and seals.
• Pack and label units correctly for shipment.
• Maintain paint station and comply with safety/eco regs.
