Job summary

Alianza in Gastonia, NC is seeking a 2nd Shift Paint Supervisor to oversee the paint line in a manufacturing setting. You will lead daily operations, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement on a 5:30 PM–4:00 AM shift, Monday through Thursday.

This role requires strong leadership and the ability to coach a team while maintaining safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in powder coating or paint finishing and can read blueprints and work instructions.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
