Job summary

ADVICS is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the evening shift (5pm – 1:30am) to join our production leadership team. You will oversee 20–30 production operators, ensure safety, quality and on-time deliveries, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred), a 2- to 4-year degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will coach team members and uphold standard work and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• 2- or 4-year college degree preferred.
• Experience with structured problem solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20–30 production operators including scheduling, performance reviews, training and development.
• Meet production schedules and address abnormal conditions.
• Make quick, impactful decisions in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Communicate relentlessly with all levels of the organization.
• Continuously improve processes and encourage your team to do the same.
• Frequent interaction with team members to ensure safety, quality, productivity and 5S conditions.
