Job summary

Reser’s is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform preventive and urgent maintenance of production machinery at our Hillsboro, Oregon facility. Join a multi-craft team requiring 3–5 years of experience, strong mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic skills, and the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

The shift runs Friday through Tuesday 1:30 pm–10:00 pm; overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• OSHA safety standards knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical cert preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a multi-craft industrial technician.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and urgent maintenance of production machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including PLCs.
• Assist with installation of new equipment.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
