Job summary

Carlisle Companies Incorporated is seeking an entry-level to mid-level operator to support the production line in Mead, NE. You will operate machinery, assist with end-of-line tasks, and help maintain safety and quality on the shop floor.

The role requires focus on accuracy, adherence to procedures, and willingness to work overtime. Previous manufacturing exposure is a plus; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to complete work orders.
• Review work orders and communicate material requirements.
• Monitor machine operation for quality and safety.
• Perform hazard-based functions including lockout/tagout and inspections.
• Stack, sort, and bundle material as directed.
• Record production data for quality control.
• Assist with packaging and end-of-line work.
• Utilize Carlisle Operating System (COS) to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Perform housekeeping and 5S/SQDC activities.
