Carlisle Companies Incorporated is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to operate department machinery and assist with packing and end-of-line tasks. Shift hours are 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with overtime possible based on business needs. Starting pay is $19.26 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour differential. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to complete work orders.
• Review and interpret work orders.
• Communicate material needs to other departments.
• Monitor machine performance for quality and efficiency.
• Perform lock out/tag out and daily equipment inspections.
• Stack, sort and bundle materials per standard work.
• Assist with packing and end-of-line tasks.
• Participate in housekeeping, 5S and SQDC programs.
