Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time evening shifts (2:00pm–10:30pm) at a 79-bed long-term care facility. You will provide nursing care under supervision, support care plans, and document resident information.

This role requires graduates from an accredited LPN program, an active Minnesota license, and ability to work rotating weekends/holidays. Benefits include health/dental/vision, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current unencumbered LPN license in Minnesota.
• Must have completed a pre-licensure program with supervised clinical experience or 400 hours as LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in LTC under supervision.
• Document resident care, medications, and outcomes related to care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians and nurses.
